Area I is responsible for supporting and guiding National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) councils across Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
As Area I Coordinator, John C. Berkley provides leadership, training, and ongoing support to ensure councils operate effectively, remain aligned with national policies and initiatives, and deliver meaningful, high-impact programs within their communities.
Serving as the primary liaison between NPHC national leadership and Area I councils, the Area I Coordinator strengthens communication, fosters collaboration, and upholds NPHC’s mission of unity, service, and excellence throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
