Area 4 includes Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico.

The Area 4 Coordinator provides leadership, guidance, and operational support to NPHC councils throughout the South Central region. They help councils stay active, compliant, and aligned with national initiatives while offering training, communication support, and resources that strengthen local programs and community engagement.

As the primary liaison between national leadership and councils in Area 4, the Coordinator promotes collaboration, enhances council effectiveness, and advances NPHC’s mission of unity, service, and impactful community empowerment across the South Central states.
