Lloyd M. Stallings, Jr. is a certified and solution-focused professional with over twenty years of multifaceted project management, audit, and risk management experience focusing on accounting, audit strategy development, management consulting, enterprise risk assessment, business/financial analysis, and operational management. Lloyd is a proud active life member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and is currently serving on the NPHC National Executive Board of Directors as the National Conference Planning Chair. He has previously served on the NPHC NEBD in the same capacity and is a past district Reclamation and Retention chairman for the 10th District of Omega Psi Phi. He is also currently serving as the recording Secretary for the National Pan-Hellenic Council Foundation International (NPHCFI) Executive Board.

He is a product of Proviso East high school in Maywood, IL. He attended and graduated from the University of Illinois – Urbana, Champaign with a B.S. in Accountancy. He also completed a Dual Degree master’s program at the University of Maryland – University College (UMUC) having obtained an MBA as well as a M.S. in International Management. He has worked across a multitude of industries including government, manufacturing, transportation, and financial services. He currently has 3 certifications in the areas of audit and risk management: (Certified Information Systems Audit (CISA), Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) and Certified Third-Party Risk Professional (CTPRP).

Lloyd is currently employed as a Senior Risk Management and Controls Manager at Amtrak in the Washington, DC metro where is tasked with developing, implementing, and executing risk management frameworks in the areas of regulatory risk, operational risk management, and third-party risk management. Prior to Amtrak, Lloyd worked as a risk management and compliance professional at Fannie Mae.
